After my business trip, which later turned into a pleasure, in the distant state of Wiscounsin-USA, at the prestigious catenna Poul Bartolotta's signature restaurant, I am pleased to be able to travel the same motivation that I had a young American chef to the masters of 'Italian-American best-loved by the good American palates.
Two weeks of full immersion in Naples, including customs, daily life of eating and drinking and a series of stages between some of the most renowned kitchens of Naples.
