DRUNKEN SHRIMP


Today it's sunny and warm weather is almost like going to eat outside even the sea! But it's good enough on the roof of the house, indeed!

Here, for those who decide to celebrate May 1 in the garden terrace or in the pursuit of good food, a recipe is suitable for the season!


I found I can not remember where, but I swear it really bbbbuona and then I will share with you!


Ladies and Gentlemen, here are the "Drunken Shrimp"


Ingredients for 4:


shelled prawns 20/30 (depending on how much you eat) 1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry clear, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, 6 tablespoons dry white wine 2 shallots, peanut oil.


Procedure:


put in a large bowl of rice wine, soy sauce, salt, pepper and cornstarch and let marinate shelled prawns (if you can leave the head attached, the presentation will be much more enjoyable) for about 30 minutes.

Heat up a wok or large frying pan in two tablespoons of peanut oil then make you fry the shrimp. Sauté until they are doreranno surface. Pour 6 tablespoons of the wine and continue cooking until absorption.

Serve on a bed of chicken or stuffed into a stick on skewers, alternating with the tomatoes and maybe a good appetite!

You may have noticed that I like to cook and eat "ethnic" real? And I really like the Greek cuisine with Arabic influences and all variations of the Mediterranean basin? Well, that's why today I want to suggest a Greek restaurant where good food and hospitality of the owners, are the real stars !!!!!

"Ithaca" is the name of the restaurant which is located in Rome in Via Monte Pertica at number 45 (Prati), the phone is 06 37513860.
the location (which in fact is a cultural association) fortunately does not look like a shabby imitation of a Greek taverna, is simple and friendly and obviously the background music, pictures the walls and books, are all strictly "part" and then there's the Lady Nicole (the owner) Greek Doc!
And if you're fascinated by Greek culture, you can enroll in a language course or dances organized by the association.
dunqe, I'm not here to list the menu that it deserves in every dish, from appetizers to desserts not missed a shot, mainly led by the Lady Nicole, who will know how you taste almost all the dishes of the kitchen!
And please, keep a place for the best for dessert or yogurt jelly, accompanied by rose petals ........ but goodness!
