Looking for a school to take a course in Japanese cuisine, and to be honest in Rome there are so many, I knew this place at the same time is a restaurant, art gallery, library, workshops and cooking Japanese writing, rather than origami and ikebana, a charming and full of energy, where the atmosphere is almost like family and wants to stay there to read or just to pass the time.
Here you can watch the tea ceremony, or enjoy a traditional dinner while someone (obviously good) for you to read excerpts from books on Japanese narrative, actually a quite place to visit!
