Well, maybe it's too late to do trick or treat "but never for a Cookie!!
The recipe, as always, it's easy, fast and the result is definitely satisfying.
Serves 6 (but also very greedy one):
125 g butter, 120 grams of brown sugar, 1 egg, 180 grams of flour "00", 5 gr baking powder, 180 grams of chocolate chips, 150 grams of granulated peanuts (if you do not like you can with that sostiruirla hazelnut)
Preparation:
add sugar to softened butter, egg and flour, work it very roughly.
Then add the yeast, chocolate chips and chopped peanuts or hazelnuts, consisting of cylinders with a diameter of about 4 fingers that rolled up in plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
When baking, the dough taken from the refrigerator, remove the foil and on a floured work surface mildly started to cut the loaf into slices of about 4 mm thick.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and disponeteci cookies in alternate rows, this to ensure that the hot air circulates better and biscuits cook evenly, bake (in a preheated oven) for about 15 / 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Once cooled, your Cookies can be stored in a tin or glass jar (tightly closed) at least for a week ........ or if you're like me, last one or two minutes or less:)
