Phoenix Superior Court

traditional Japanese paper

We have traditional Japanese paper "Wa-shi."

Wa = Japanese, shi = paper sheet

Here in Italy it is called rice paper? but since we do not and 'used

no rice, I do not feel so chamar'.

We paper 31.5 x 42cm hand dyed,

using old model, with a traditional Kimono pattern.

A craftsman Kyoto model that was used to dye kimono.

Use them to color the cards.

A very delicate and fine.

The cards are beautiful but they ask me "how do you use?".

answer how you want. "

tablecloth, paper box, put in a frame ...

as you like.

Today I tried to put on lamp IKEA,

simply just avvorgere.

I think it works well. Very nice.

I like to decorate the furniture from IKEA.

Many have same mobile but

to IKEA and 'design and simple form

so easy to change or arrange.

Tomorrow I present to you other products made with Washi.
Thanks.
