Here we are, how many of you have a stock of " Biscuits Roses de Reims "?????
Well imagine, or almost none!! :)
Okke, let's say this recipe is for a select few or, for those who go on holiday in France and if they can get some package!
If you get the package of "poudre de biscuits" do not miss it as you work less!
These biscuits are made from an old factory Fossier "sweetness" to Reims for the note and were born almost by accident, and eventually became the horse Battle of the Maison Fossier.

Well, now we can proceed!
Ingredients:
250 gr mascarpone
400 grams of strawberries
3 egg yolks 2 egg whites
125 gr sugar veil
1 packet of vanilla sugar
125 grams of biscuits Pink Fossier
ten of "Macarons" strawberry (yes I know I'm exaggerating, but if by chance you find these too, your tiramisu would be the height of the maximum, it would prorpio as "cheese on Macarons" ahahahahah ....) and if you you're feeling brave, then I suggest http://www.solution-macarons.com so you do them yourself!
If you have not been lucky enough to find "poudre", reduce your powder biscuits, washed and cut strawberries and whip the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar +. Stir in the mascarpone and once the egg whites until stiff, qesto also built the rest, making careful not to remove them!!
At this point, take the glasses or glass bowls or jars or qel you think it must be made of transparent glass and started to make the layers of dust / strawberries / cream mascarpone / a Macaron crumbled (but not) and start to fill the glass vosttro ..... Refrigerate for several hours so that the juice of the strawberries soften the powder biscuits, and then off, at the helm!!
Salutations distinguées ....... :)
