During the car ride to her new home, the flower lover, introvert Hanasaki Tsubomi has a strange dream and mysterious, where the legendary warrior known as Cure Moonlight is defeated at the base of the "Great Tree of Hearts". Because of this, all the beautiful plants are destroyed, and two fairies, the Tree of Hearts, taking off. He soon discovers that Hanasaki is a Pretty Cure, and you will always be beside her. They want to help the legendary warrior Pretty Cure, and collect the seeds of the Heart in order to prevent the Great Tree of Hearts, the source of all human hearts, to die. However, the enemy attacked his classmate Erika Kurumi (Cure Marine) and takes away his heart Fiore. To save the heart of Erika, Tsubomi collects all his courage and turns into the warrior Pretty Cure, Cure Blossom. He later added a fourth group Pretty Cure, Cure Sunshine, the flower that the sun shines!
